Ishita Datt joined Vaal Triangle in 2017 with enriching experience in effectively and efficiently managing a full spectrum of human resource programs, services & functions. She aims at developing and implementing HR systems and policies followed by constant review and improvement in the same, streamlining systems with an intension to enhance operational effectiveness. She is always approachable to employees for their work related issues and suggestions and supports a cordial work culture. She is a Post Graduate in MBA (HR & Marketing) from Punjab Technical University in 2010.She loves to travel and explore and has keen interest in music.
