Role:Application Engineer

Technical & Role Specific Skills:

• Strong programming knowledge (C, C++, C#)
• Strong Logical Reasoning Skills
• Strong 3D background
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, complemented by a relentlessly enthusiastic and positive attitude and a strong desire to leverage problem solving skills

Academic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering
• Distinction in 10th and 12th and First class in BE

Responsibilities:

Onsite (Customer Location)

• Machine Prove outs / Data Gathering / Machine Understanding
• Installation and Commissioning
• Demonstration, Benchmarking and Pre-Sales
• Training
• Troubleshooting and Support
• Interfacing with India office, and providing feedback on customer requests, product enhancements, issues

Offsite

• Providing Technical Support through phone / web-based tools
• Working closely with QA Team
• Doing customer release certifications on product builds
• Knowledge transfer to Development / Testing team
• Providing feedback on new development features
